ARGI 3D
Supporting Various Projects, Clients, and Stakeholders
-
Food and Beverage Processing Facility
ARGI 3D performed a 3D scan of a food processing facility to capture accurate as-built conditions. High-resolution point cloud data was collected across production, structural, and utility areas with minimal disruption to operations.
The data was processed into a unified 3D Digital Twin, providing a reliable digital representation of the facility. This enables precise measurements, improved planning, and more efficient design for future modifications and upgrades.
-
The Basque Center
The Basque Center is a historic cultural and social hub in downtown Boise, located on the city’s well-known Basque Block. It was built in 1949 as a gathering place for Basque immigrants and their descendants, and it continues to play a central role in preserving and celebrating Basque heritage in Idaho. ARGI 3D created a digital twin of the facility to aid in future event planning and maintenance.
-
Food Processing Wastewater Pretreatment Plant
ARGI 3D produced a 3D scan of a wastewater pretreatment facility with limited available space for necessary upgrades. High-resolution point cloud data was collected across equipment, piping, and structural elements to capture accurate as-built conditions.
The data was developed into a precise 3D model, allowing the team to evaluate spatial constraints and determine exactly what equipment could be accommodated within the existing layout. This digital model enabled confident design decisions, reduced rework, and optimized the integration of new systems within a tightly constrained environment.
-
Wastewater Processing Facility
ARGI 3D scanned a wastewater treatment facility to create an accurate digital model of complex infrastructure, including pipes, tanks, and mechanical systems. This allows engineers to measure existing conditions precisely, identify conflicts, and reduce errors during upgrades or retrofits.
It also centralized facility documentation into a navigable digital twin, supporting better maintenance planning, safety coordination, and faster decision-making.
-
Leku Ona
Leku Ona is a Basque restaurant and bar located in the heart of downtown Boise’s Basque Block. The facility was created as a “good place” (the meaning of Leku Ona) to share Basque culture, food, and hospitality with the local community.
Leku Ona is known for serving traditional Basque and Basque-American cuisine and also functions as a social and cultural space. It hosts banquets, events, and gatherings, and is part of the historic Basque Block community hub that preserves Boise’s strong Basque heritage. ARGI 3D created a digital twin of the facility to aid in maintenance and future event planning.
-
Weiser Backyard Orchard Planning
ARGI 3D can scan your personal garden or outdoor space. 3D scanning an outdoor space enables precise measurement, planning, and analysis without being physically present. It supports better horticulture design and management by helping optimize layout, irrigation, and environmental conditions. Repeated scans allow growers to track plant growth and changes over time, improving research and crop performance.
-
Industrial Wastewater pH Neutralization System
ARGI 3d performed a 3D scan of a wastewater pretreatment facility, including pump transfer systems, mechanical valving and piping, equalization tank, pH adjustment systems, and effluent monitoring.
The data was processed into a unified 3D Digital Twin, which resulted in an easier way for the operations and maintenance teams to support proactive maintenance planning. The 3D model will allow for efficient design of future system upgrades and modifications.
-
Dairy Processing Facility
ARGI 3D quickly and efficiently mapped the existing wastewater treatment process, which include multiple pumps, mechanical piping, aeration blowers, and tanks. A reliable digital twin was created to replace or supplements incomplete/dated drawings, reducing errors in downstream work.
-
Yogurt Processing Facility
ARGI 3D performed a 3D scan of a food production facility to quickly and accurately document piping, valving, and associated infrastructure. High-resolution point cloud data was collected across process areas to capture the complexity of piping networks, connections, and equipment in detail.
The data was processed into a precise 3D model, creating a reliable digital representation of the facility’s systems. Operation and Design teams now have a clear visualization of existing conditions, can easily identify valves and tie-in points, and an improved plan for maintenance, modifications, and future expansions.
